Dealing with a move can be stressful. What can alleviate this stress is an owner who is responsive to situational challenges and an operations manager that can provide critical direction. Movers were all very nice and pleasant. They were efficient and took care with everything.

The base to our dining room table broke while being loaded into our new home. After some back and forth with owner he agreed to cover the cost even after we agreed the movers were not neglectful.

Price was competitive, would recommend.

Our move to Cobourg from Toronto with M&M Moving Systems went extremely well. The 1st move was from one retirement home to another and the 2nd move was a full house of contents to another house. The movers were efficient, friendly and very patient. They were on time and wasted no time in getting started. They were careful with everything and made sure all was nicely wrapped to avoid damage. Both moves were completed in an extremely acceptable timeframe and at a very reasonable cost. We had a tricky move between Toronto and Quebec. Brent's crews showed up exactly on time at both load in and loud out locations. Both crews were friendly and very careful with our furniture (much of which was antique), and Brent was straightforward in our communication.

Our weight ended up being over what we had initially thought it would be (we used another company's estimate as a basis, and they were probably under-estimating our load so they could charge us much more later). This caused us some complications as we needed to cross provinces and didn't want to get dinged by the weigh stations. Brent only charged us at cost for the rental of an extra van. We felt this was handled transparently and fairly. Even with the extra costs, the move was by far cheaper than any other estimate we received. We'd recommend them to anyone!

When I first contacted Brent about my move he right away made me feel at ease. I had a lot of very heavy and expensive furniture that needed to be moved out of storage into our new home, a task he was confident his team could handle.

The day of the move the crew showed up early and got to work right away. Though, I would say, I was very nervous when they started they did an excelled job with all the furniture large and small.

Once we got to our new home they took time to protect the home as needed and moved in all the pieces as directed. Though they were a bit uncomfortable putting together furniture that they did not disassemble they took in the task and built our tables and bed, something we really appreciated. They finished quickly ahead of schedule!

Overall, I was very impressed and happy with the move - thank you to Brent, Mo, Smiles and the team!

I talked to Brent directly and found him to be very knowledgeable and responsive. The movers arrived on time and were very efficient, careful and friendly. Everything arrived in Collingwood completely intact and the guys made sure to ask & place everything exactly where we wanted. The final cost of the move was lower than quotes from some of the larger moving companies and exactly as Brent had quoted. I would not hesitate to recommend Brent & M&M Moving.

When I started looking for movers, I found M&M and Brent and after a very good discussion, I looked no further . I trusted the good reviews on HomeStars as I have used other companies that are here. I provided Brent with a fairly detailed list of items that required moving but I did miss some big items which were no problem for his movers. He stated that the guys would arrive between 9:00-9:15am and they were early. I have to give praise to Ali and his crew. They tackled a pretty large load, wrapped all the furnitrure and securely fit everthing on the truck and when they closed the door, the space was entirely full, great effort and space utilization. They unloaded and brought everything to all the designated rooms and completed the job in about 9 1/2 hours, amazing. I couldn't have done that myself with help. Truly the team (Ali and company) knew what they were doing. Efficient, courteous and to my surprise a lot of stamina considering the weather that day was in the mid to hi 30's.
Stronly recommend the MandM team and once again thanks to Ali and crew.

We could not be happier with our move. From start to finish, everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Brent was very helpful with information he provided about house closings and the movers worked with great care despite the heat and a long drive from Mississauga to Picton. They handled our belongings as if they were their own. Not a scratch to be found on anything. BEST move ever. Many thanks to everyone.
