If you use this moving company please make sure you have lots of insurance. We had many items damaged and Brent's only comment was *we should have had insurance* We are still waiting for our $75.00 deposit on the garment boxes which has never been returned, according to our contract he is supposed to return the money and hasn't. We had so many scratches and everyday we find more and more dents and marks on legs of furniture. Very very poor moving company. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

This is a fraud, I have an A plus rating and 97% customer satisfaction rate with the Better Business Bureau and no complaints for a reason, why not submit a complaint to them (They will investigate false reviews unlike Home-Stars )After 2 days, 3 phone calls and an e-mail to Home-Stars a sales rep contacted me and said they can't control what people write. Home-Stars has stated even if you have evidence this is a false review if a customer paid for the service they can almost write anything. This customer would not pay the H.S.T., I told him he had to, so I told him I would not refund the $75.00 for borrowning our wardrobes and he still owes us money, he threatened me which happens. No claim was ever submitted ( Note he does not state any dollar amount or evidence of a legitmate claim) he started mentioning damages after I told him he owes me money, I told him get an estimate on the damages, nothing was reported on moving day, he never did. I find his complaint to be a fraud, his contract clearly states he was fully insured, he has this in writing with my signature!. To make a statement That I told him "He should have had insurance" is totally false. Brent Routley Owner
