I contacted the company and reached Peter by phone the morning after we discovered our fridge had broken. He asked me some questions on what problems we were having. He made it to our house within a couple of hours because of changes in his schedule. He found the problem immediately, and provided us some advice on what could be done, including phoning the manufacturer to see whether our refrigerator could be repaired through the manufacturer's warranty (and it turned out it could for free, because of a compressor problem). He was extremely helpful and it was a delight to interact with him, I and would recommend him to anyone.
