There is guard service available after you have used your 3 York Regional Police false alarm responses. I would further suggest that you change your alarm instructions Hillary...we can change your instructions to suit you and your family's needs which will cut down and/or eliminate any false alarms dispatched to your home moving forward. New alarm system and monitoring
I have great news for you. We are happy to report that there is a newly introduced VOIP Alarm Broadband module that will allow us to monitor your alarm system without a home phone. Our contract states 15 days written notification for cancellation and is fully automated which is why your monitoring would have rolled over. Yes alarm monitoring rates are raised to $12.99 on the 3rd year of renewal ($9.99 frozen for seniors). Please be aware that any balance of alarm monitoring is in your account and you may gift it to a friend or family member if you will not be using it. Please do contact me directly and I will be happy to assist you in this process. Another option would be to add a cell back-up unit so we can continue monitoring for you through VOIP :).
