From the first time I called to inquire about service it was a very pleasant and easy process. The booking was done quickly, answering all of my questions. The installers are very professional and helpful. We were able to improve our system on the same day and cover our garage, a zone that had not been protected in the past.
Our first alarm with TMC was when our son accidentally activated the alarm in the garage (not being accustomed to the garage being alarmed) when putting the trash cans back inside as he was leaving. He was already a distance down the road before the sirens went on and too far away to hear it. When TMC called they could not reach us, so they called the police and the police actually came to check our home! That has not ever happened with the others.
Our second "alarm" was while we were home, we forgot to deactivate the panel in the morning before opening a window. The alarm went off and we ran to the panel, it was only sounding for about 10 seconds before we got to it. TMC called us without any delay, it was about 3 seconds after we turned it off and the first question they asked was if everything was ok! Again another first!
