From the start until installation, TMC has been great. The sales department was knowledgeable and helpful to provide pricing and answer any questions we have. They did not pressure us to complete the sale, just offered valuable information that helped up make the decision.
Once we decided to go with TMC, we contacted them to let them know, and were scheduled for an installation appointment within 1 business day. The sales and scheduling department were friendly and efficient at making sure all the proper information and documentation was done for the installation appointment.
The only issue we had was that the technician was late for his appointment and we had to call the scheduling department to find the status of the technician. He let us know that the technician was running late but will still be able to complete the install at both of our properties on the date scheduled. Once the technician arrived, he was knowledgeable and installed the system with no problems.
