Did not show up for installation when promised. Took weeks to reschedule. Brought wireless equipment when we had contracted for wired. Yet another appointment to correct that. Despite the fact that I did not authorize them to take money out automatically at renewal time, they did so anyway, WITHOUT EVEN SENDING AN INVOICE. Very poorly run company.

Allow me to explain that all of our customers are on pre-authorized debiting once per year automatically through Bank, VISA, M/C or AMEX in order to keep costs down and deliver the lowest possible alarm monitoring rates for our customers. Invoicing is part of this cost saving measure as well. I will be more than happy to provide you with a copy of your agreement.
