IP phone switch with The Monitoring Center

We have recently switched from land line to VOIP phone, and there were some connection issues with the alarm system. The customer service we received from tech support- Mark, was outstanding. He was very patient in guiding us through a step by step over the phone testing of all the monitoring sites in our house, and it took him several hours in a span of 2 days.
We are very happy with all the work he has done for us, and would highly recommend The Monitoring Center to our friends in the future.
