Mario inspected the tile I had purchased before booking a time to install, and he found they were defective. He insisted that I contact the tile company to replace them. They were supposed to be rectified but some edges had a bevel. He explained that the lines between the tiles will not look right. Any other tile guy could have just went ahead with installation and blamed the tile after the install if I was not happy. I followed his instruction and the tile company agreed to take the tile back to the factory, and they delivered new tile once the next batch came in.
I am glad Mario took the time to ensure the job would be a success before he even accepted the job.
He even invited me to view the work he was doing for another customer, and see for myself the quality of his installation. This is a person who takes pride in his work.
