My wife and I bought our first house back in December this year. At that time, our home inspector told us we probably should re-do the roof this year.
Like any new homeowner, budgets in the first year are tight and we were really unsure what to do. After some astronomical quotes we really wondered if we could postpone things, even just one more year.

They did an amazing job, and were in and out in one day. You can see the quality and pride in workmanship in the result! They also did a great job cleaning up the entire site afterwards (I joked with my wife our driveway and patio hadn't been that clean since we moved in).
It was great to work with a family business that puts their name and personal reputation behind every job they do. The other thing that impressed me was how Jason, his foreman and his workers all repeatedly thanked me for my business (it's that little extra professionalism that really impresses).
