Thank you Susan for your review. I always try to arrive at appointments either at the specified time or prior to it if at all possible. I also make my client aware of any issues that may arise in the future concerning either the door hardware or issues with the installation of the lock sets. The deadbolt lock on both your front and side door do have known issues as we discussed during my visit.
