Thank you Fran for your honest review of A Perfect Pick Locksmiths. Unfortunately you had one of the "End User Rekeyable" deadbolts that Schlage manufactured. This design has since been removed from the market place because of design issues. Fortunately a standard Schlage solid brass pin tumbler lock cylinder can replace this type of lock cylinder. That is exactly what we supplied. That allowed you to keep the look of your deadbolt and gripset the same while saving you from having to replace both at a much higher cost than our solution. We really appreciate your business.
