John was wonderful, he showed up early Saturday morning with a new lock for us and was able to cut extra copies on the spot! Mind you, it was a special commercial lock with special keys so we were very happy he had everything.
He was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. We absolutely recommend his service and would call him again.
