I just closed my home, and was looking for a locksmith to change the locks during this pre-holiday week. I contacted 2 other locksmiths who were closer to my home, and honestly, they were rude on the phone, and could not make a set appointment time. John was very kind on the phone, and made a set time for an appointment, so I went with him.
Today, I arrived at the house just as the appointment was scheduled, and John was waiting outside, but not annoyed. The change was quick and efficient. No pushing for upgrades, and he offered to put things all on the same key. He also took the time to show me how to use one of my locks which was a bit different and gave me a tip to make sure to change a keypad lock battery every 6 months.
Highly recommend; a nice guy, good service, always nice to give business to the good guys!!!
