I ordered online @ sears.ca "Canadas Best Kitchen Package", Kenmore Elite appliances on Dec 7. 2016 and was issued a delivery date of Dec.21. Great, I took the receipt put it in an envelope and wrote Merry Christmas to my wife and myself. Great! right?.....wrong!
On Dec 22 (a day late) they called me and reissued a new delivery date of Dec.28.
On Dec.28, again, no appliances but a phone call from customer service saying they are cancelling my order and refunding my credit card, which they already took the money for 3 weeks ago.
This treatment is very poor and disheartening is this what Sears has come to? We only want what we ordered and paid for. I am now having to go to the store deal with a manager and co ordinate this transaction on my own.
Sears needs to deliver on their promise.
Incredibly disappointed, especially considering our loyalty to Sears and Kenmore products over many years.
I will update all on how this situation unfolds.
