An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I live in a house that is 100 years old. The oak floors over the years have suffered a bit but they are intrinsically beautiful. We had had the floors refinished about 20 years ago by a local company but the results were not good. This company spent only one day doing the job and the results showed that great care was not taken. I contacted Mainland Ventures to see about getting my floors while I was away.
The job was well done. There was not a flaw to be seen. It really pays to have good quality work done. I would highly recommend Mainland Ventures for their efficiency and high quality of workmanship.
