The customer service people sit with you and help you choose your fixtures--the fixtures that are right for the space and the kind of room, etc.

The showroom displays many styles of lighting fixtures. The representative helped us match our finishes between 2 different lighting fixture companies. The saleswoman was professional and knowledgeable about the products.
