He inspected the house on his own and after we sat down together and he gave us a comprehensive binder and walked us through his inspection, his ratings, recommendations of things to take care of immediately, things to watch out for in future and nice to dos. This info gave us peace of mind in purchasing our house and was also helpful when answering questions about the house for insurance.
