The quality of the finished work was great, the site was cleaned up near perfectly and the bin rental was out as soon as the work was completed. Before meeting Joe, our roof was stripped of shingles on one face with a skylight and on haitus from our previous contractor. Water was leaking in for days while it rained on and off. The paint delaminated from the drywall and the drywall was always wet to the touch, as our fan and dehumidifiers tried to dry out the attic. Quality Roofs was hired as a subcontractor and came with a tarp on a rainy day before the big storm to keep new water out. After the storm, and after we rescinded the contract with our original contractor, they stepped up to take work for us directly. Joe negotiated with us and the original contractor fairly and transparently to use materials that had already been purchased. Our roof got finished with a warranty we can trust will be available if we need it.
