Horrible / Don't know what they're doing

Despite a very clearly specified and fairly straightforward job, they got it completely wrong. They really don't know what they're doing. I couldn't more strongly recommend staying away from this company.
They charged me extra to do irrelevant work. They wanted to charge me the exact original price to fix the job that they didn't do properly in the first place.
And then, of course, they simply stopped responding to my inquiries even when I simply asked them if they would fix it, yes or no.
