Really wanted to like this brother-run company. Bill themselves as landscape designers, installers through to lawn maintenance. In April/early May ontracted for up to $6000 of services including Spring cleanup with BTK treatment of boxwoods, weed and mulch, new sod followed by weekly lawn care. Paid over $3000 up front. Told SOD would be installed within 2 wks of down payment. Very efficient at providing estimate, contract and generating invoice. THEN, have completely failed at delivering. Now July and SOD installation still not done. Pulled old boxwoods still piled high by side of house since April. When they do come, just want to engage in bigger projects for additional $1000's. No courtesy texts or emails to say why they are delayed or what the plan is. Front office may or may not return emails. Contracted with 2nd company to address the BTK and fertilizing. Will ask for a refund. Like to know if anyone has had similar almost unethical delays. Pls post comments (good or not so good) so their track record becomes transparent. Feel taken advantage of.
