The guys on the roof did a great job
Concerns:
- quote includes 35 sheets of plywood - they only used 25 - price was not adjusted
- no HST# on invoice (legal requirement)
- had to ask for warranty a number of times
- warranty had ineligble signature. Asked for name and position within company to be added. Was not provided
- 30 min after deposit - was told all plywood had to be replaced. Some new were added and after discussions with experienced workmen, i don't believe adding the plywood was required.
