I've hired Elva Construction for work on three sites as well as recommending him to my son for a full kitchen refit. We are extremely satisfied with his work. All of the characteristics that you expect in a contractor are here. He honours his quotes. He arrives on time and leaves a tidy workplace. He takes full responsiblity for any sub-contractors he brings in. His work is flawless and that is across a broad range of skills. Each and every time I have hired him, real estate agents requjest his contact info because they too are impressed with his work. He has tackled hardwood flooring, plaster ceilijngs and crowns, kitchens drywall (both hanging and finishing), tile work and painting. I am so convinced of the quality of his work that I have brought him from Toronto to Montreal and to Wolfville NS. Paying the flights and mileage still worked out to a great deal for me.
