Strong winds blew a chunk of shingle off our roof, leaving a corner of our dormer exposed. Steve from Full Force Roofing reached out to us immediately here on Home Stars and was extremely responsive, clear and easy to communicate with throughout the process. He quoted us a very fair price and came out to Cobourg the next day, arriving on time and finishing quickly. He did an excellent job patching up the bare spot, plus he did a check of the rest of the roof, found a couple other spots that needed repairs, and he fixed those too. He even took a video of our whole roof and sent it to us so we could check it out!
We were impressed with how he really went above and beyond for us. He even made a few calls to see if our discontinued roof colour could be found anywhere, and when it wasn't available, he showed us a close match that he had, and asked for our approval before proceeding. You'll see in the pictures that the colour is very close (it even looks a bit closer in person). Steve even left a few extra shingles for us so we can save a few bucks on future minor repairs!
After he was done, he thoroughly cleaned up the site including our green space below - you'd never guess any work had recently been done above.
Steve was super courteous and professional the entire time, explaining everything as he went along, and doing a quality job on the repairs. We immediately recommended him to a neighbour who needs some roof work done, and we highly recommend Full Force Roofing to anyone else!

Full Force Roofing did an amazing job. They were professional and timely. Previously the shingles, even recently applied shingles, had blown off our roof in severe wind storms. When we expressed our concerns, Full Force Roofing took extra measures to ensure that the new shingles would stay in place. In the past 2 years we have had no concerns about our shingles, even in major winds.
