Chimney repair/ rebuild

Solicited my business one day by driving in driveway to house. Replacement of top 10 courses of brick @$2500 jumped to $12500 for completed rebuild. Sub contracted rebuild to one group of bricklayers.
Job was so badly done it had to be torn down and rebuilt by a second bricklayer. The rebuild was finally completed by a third pair of bricklayers. Metal cap on top of chimney blew off one day after being installed. Site, roof, chimney not left clean of rubble from construction.
Business card states no money accepted until work completely finished but money demanded your times during and at end of job.
Several e-mails sent about complaints with no response.
