Painting

Paint & Wallpaper Contractors review in Old Toronto

Worst job ever! Most incompetent contractor I ever met. The bathroom looks way worse than before the contractor started the job. Requested specific paint colour & quality which the painter assured me he was using but he brought in old paint dated October 8 in a totally different colour than I had chosen and it was glossy and I had requested eggshell and satin finishes. He used cabinet paint on the drywall. I am now going to have to hire a new contractor to re-do everything. I am attaching a few of the pictures from this job. I have to replace the bathroom sink as the contractor got cabinet paint all over it and it wont come off. They used primer instead of white paint.

We strive to provide quality service at competitive rates. In your case, we completed your project with affordable price , reflecting our commitment to flexibility and customer satisfaction. Our team clearly communicated that the job was not yet finished and sent a painter to complete some spots, but we did not receive any response from you.

Regarding the paint's date of production, it is standard practice. We recommended contacting the manufacturer for guidance, but this was not done , because **** OC 28 IS NAME OF THE colour you chose****, and it is not date of production,

Initially, you agreed to a white color. However, you later instructed our contractor to use a specific color. After several days of viewing the color, you expressed that it was beautiful. Despite this, you did not allow us to return and complete the job,indicating that your son, who is a Contractor , would finish the remaining spots, which were not part of our agreed job.

We have consistently aimed to meet our customers' needs, and we have adhered to all agreed terms and standards. If there is anything further we can do to address your concerns within the scope of our agreement, please contact us.
