On time legal basement with complete Ontario specifications and legal documents. Payment was in easy instalments . Mr shahid was easy to communicate and he constructed my basement according to my requirements and he used high quality tiles , quartz countertops and vinyl flooring as well as beautiful vanity.

I am satisfied with the service and quality of Shahids work
I got new legal basement apartment done together with complete renovation of house including all washrooms floors doors trims except main floor Kitchen which I got from a different supplier.
