Harbour front landscaping and snow removal ltd

They did grass work on both front yard and backyard in May 2024. For the frontyard, suggestion was only to add grass seeds and Gary would come to spray weed killer twice in July 2024. For the backyard, they applied sod. Initial contact was smooth and backyard looked great but it was all temporary. As seen the after photos here, the grass in the backyard died. The front yard (not shown) is back to how it was before their service: full of weeds. Even for the weed spray in the front yard I had to contact Gary many times and he only came once. He promised to fix both yards but soon started ignoring me and just vanished. Its now September and I can say we only lost money and couldve done a better job ourselves. I wish I could change my review on Google but they marked their company as permanently closed and reviews cant be edited. They might reopen it again next year. If you see them active, do not get the service unless you want to lose money. I do not recommend!

I would avoid working with Harbour Front Landscaping at all costs. Highly unprofessional and will take you for a ride. We wanted our backyard ready for summer for our kid to play but clearly they don't care.

We have had a very stressful experience with them. After some initial work, they promised a turnaround in no time but it's been two months and I am still chasing them. They simply disappeared with fake promises that they will come by this Monday. Ha I am still waiting for that Monday to come by. Maybe they meant some Monday in 2026.

This is inspite of paying the full amount (they coerced me into doing so that they can complete the project on "time"). They have left the backyard in a worse condition than it was. You can see all the dump in the photos.

Take your money and go to other landscaping companies who will do a stellar job and do as promised and on time.
