One of my kitchen outlets was malfunctioning. So I searched and found HomeStars. I filled out what I was prompted to and found professionals that could help me . I found Origin Electric. Setup appointment and Nash from Origin Electric took care of issue. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and punctual. All in all, very pleased and would recommend this company!

We had Origin Electrical come out to our house recently to install Custom LED strip lighting in bathroom and kitchen Cabinets. They also mounted and installed our wall mounted TV bracket and managed to hide all the cabling in the walls. Nash and his team installed and setup our Sonos surround system with the TV as well. Origin Electric helped with my master ensuite renovation. We added pot lights, a new exhaust fan, and some power for new mirror and cabinet LEDs. We also had heated floors installed. Everything looks and works great. Nash was honest with his pricing and was very efficient and professional.

Nash from Origin Electric responded to my request for a switchboard upgrade in my house as I was planning to add some heavy electrical consuming devices in the near future.
He was efficient, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He informed of everything that was required to be done to upgrade my panel and basically walked me through every step he planned to do so I had a basic understanding of the whole process which alleviated a bunch of stress I had about the job, he dealt with technical safety BC and BC hydro and had the whole job organised for me. We discussed the job in depth and after talking with him I felt I was in good hands and left him to it. He took photos and showed me all the work done in the background, I was very impressed with his attention to detail and clean looking work. The whole job went smoothly and Ive had no issues with any of the work and I dont expect I will.
Ive already lined him up for future works at my house as we are planning more upgrades.
I highly recommend his work and cannot emphasise enough how easy he was to deal with.

Nash from Origin Electrical came through for us while we were having a new heat pump and gas fireplace installed in the middle of winter. He prioritized our electrical hookups and dedicated runs to have our only source of heat in the house back up and running by the end of the day. Cant recommend his work ethic and service standard highly enough
