Roof replacement and leaf guard instalment
Terrible workmanship. Poor service. A total nightmare. Avoid this company at all costs. Within a few months of the roof installation, water started leaking from a fan into my bathroom. The gutter guards look like they were installed by someone with no experience in this field (see attached photos).
Ive been trying to get a hold of the owner without success. Im going to have to have the gutter guards removed and reinstalled at my cost. Original cost $1000. Im looking for a reputable company to do the work.
An ice shield should have been installed but wasnt. The roofer should have removed the old boots on the roof but didnt. He should have replaced the drip edge but didnt. He used a cheaper shingle than what was quoted in the contract. I regret ever hiring this company. Ive attached photos of the poor quality installation of the leaf guards.
