Parent Heating & Cooling

Lost AC on Friday before long weekend. Marc with Parent responded to message in 30 min and advised he could come out next morning (understandable given callout load he was probably dealing with).
He arrived on time and quickly identified a failed startup capacitor which he replaced from truck stock. He also checked refrigerant flows and checked air supply and return temps.
He also provided some DIY tips and info for minor issues in future and is a pleasant, helpful technician.
I've been very pleased with Parent's service and help for more than 20 years and certainly recommend them. They are trustworthy and straightforward without aggressive 'upselling'. Thank you, Marc!
