AC was leaking, Called Dunn Heating and Air, Promotly came to inspect, advised frozen coil. Would return for second inspection after thawing. Determined Condensate drain plugged, repaired easily, advise AC good charge still and furnace Also good. 2009 system, presume others may have attempted sale of new system. Thank you Dunn
