Redid our tapsets throughout and Kitchen great job

Our existing air conditioner was not cooling the house on one of the hottest days this year. E-MAILED AND THEY WERE here the next day. Bad news.. our old unit needed expensive repairs. Tech called the office for emergency service due to our asthmatic conditions. A new, bigger and more efficient unit was recommended and was installed the next day. Can't praise them enough.

The unit was under warranty. When the technician found a leak of free on, he fixed it and recharge the unit.
Michael was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything he was doing, as he went along. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Very pleasant to deal with. He is an asset to the company.

The actual replacement job was very well done. The price was about right - competitive nonetheless, and the team was professional.
My beef is with the failure to connect the current smart thermostat though a separate charge was applied.
