Paid up front for work in March and have nothing completed as outlined on receipt as of end of August. Asked for itemized list and cost of what's been done and never received one. Told there was no intention to complete work as outlined and offered an $870 refund. Since agreed to a more suitable refund in mid-July but still waiting for it. Choose your contractor wisely. Sadly I didn't and now have to seek reimbursement
through small claims court.

I've tried reaching out to you on multiple occasions via email to try and give back your refund along with your partial engineering report.
I know it's frustrating as insurance will not cover your structural damage and we were called in from a restoration company to try and provide a more clear outcome of what was causing your damage.
