My toilet was always leaking and had a different company come by to check it out and even swapped the wax seal from underneath but to no benefit. I then hired this company to check it out and they spotted a crack in the toilet! They then suggested changing the toilet which I supplied, and scheduled a date, came timely and now I have a brand new toilet that works better than ever!
