Terrible, non-existent service
Yevhen from Resilent Windows contacted me every day to say he was going to come to the house to measure a broken window, he would tell us a time, we would agree and then we would not hear back. He did this over and over again. I sent him a message to say I am going with a different service provider and his response was 'that is absolutely no problem, you can choose any service you like'. Then went on to say, ' I'm not going to adjust to you' - as he claimed I was only going to allow him to measure my window from outside which is not true. My tenant was on the text chain because she was going to let him in. He is dishonest and rude and does not follow through. Really disappointing and frustrating.

I can open your eyes to your problem you want to save money and don't want to replace the doors so you are trying to replace broken glass which is quite problematic. You also have absolutely no ability to coordinate your tenants. So I didn't come specifically to you, you opened the door for me like most of my customers, and I have to contact some people through you and investigate. And yet you accuse me of not coming to measure your glass for free!!!!
Maybe you haven't heard of the word prepayment. You weren't required to.
About you I can say that I am very sorry that I missed such a wealthy client, but saved my nerves))) would have to persuade you to buy glass, or what if you do not like it.
