Our condo patio door had a broken lock and the door had alignment issues. The condo Corp and builders kept putting off the repairs. We reached out to homestars and Osher from BH Pro reached out immediately and came out the same day. After some investigation, it became clear that the lock which was a European design needed to be replaced. The lock could not be found in Canada, but Osher was able to source the part through contacts in the US. We were able to install the new lock and solve the main problem. We would highly recommend BH Pro for your locksmith issues. Osher took our issue personally and he did everything to help us out.
