M.R Tree and Stump Removals

Collected full payment in advance by cheque on first week of June 2023 from me before work completion (stating that they have financial constraints and had to pay to labors) and promising that remaining work will be completed the very next day . They adopt unethical and unprofessional trade practice especially with customers whom they can trick by promising prompt services. I communicated formally by email for record as suggested by city and registry officials.
Despite several reminders starting from June 2023 till date, they have not completed the work . To ensure that they do not mislead other customers like me, I am sharing my experience. This company or their team should not be allowed to advertise in any platforms or social media, till the time they adhere to good business practices. I wish one day they will take the request seriously to contact me and complete the balance work that they have promised and refund me for the work they have not completed and left the area messy.

During the investigation, it was found out that they also operate their trade in few other names.
