I would like to share my experience with David a General Contractor and owner of
Yours Construction Inc.
Unfortunately, my experience with David and his company had been extremely disappointing.
David was dishonest, missed deadlines and used unqualified workers. The quality of work was low grade no pride in his work, I'm absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated by David. My last contact with David was May 24, 2024, he asked if I can allow him until the May 30th. He consistently missed deadlines that he provided himself, that was the last conversation. He has ignored all of my efforts to contact him even though he received payment in full for work that is half done but the most expensive work is still left to be finished, and I'm left with an unfinished basement and a significant financial loss and emotional strain. I borrowed money to finished this basement, and the deadline of February was very important because the basement was to pay back the money, I borrowed but instead now I'm paying out of my pocket while David has my money. I didn't want to write a review but after several attempts to reach David and his response to my complain to BBB I see more I need to protect others.
he said 4-6 weeks pending city inspections from starting date, which was He stared framing second week in December 2023, January 22, 2024, he said in a text message he's scheduled from Feb 5-9 the finishing process. It was over 7 months when you canceled the contract. The work is still not completed as nothing is hooked up. The total price is $36,582.24, materials and Labor. On April 11, 2024, I made the final payment a total of $33,124.01
