We hired Agarwood Construction Inc to convert our bungalow into a legal duplex. This consisted of remodeling the main floor and completely renovating the basement. Overall the process was very smooth and efficient thanks to their expertise and great communication; they were able to come up with solutions to our problems and complete the entire project in under 3 months. Our tenants love their units. After working with a handful of contractors in the past, I can confidently recommend Agarwood Construction.
