Crown Appliance Repair

Roman said leak was caused by dirty washing machine door seal. I was charged above fee to clean it. After a few cycles it started leaking again. I contacted Roman who said we should figure out where the water is coming from on our own, because he said it could only be coming from the door. I also mentioned that he had left the washing machine off balance since his visit and it now moves around. He did not offer to come back to fix the leak or reallign the washing machine.
