Oak Mill Renovations

Oak Mill was extremely professional every step of the way. Excellent people skills during the assessment. Great communication leading up to the project. The job started on the day promised, was done cleanly and efficiently, and wrapped up earlier than expected. They even completed a couple other little fixes tangential to the job for no charge. The workmanship was excellent and the cost was very competitive. We have had some lousy experiences with contractors in the past, but Oak Mill has restored our faith in the business. Will recommend them to friends and will definitely call them again if there's anything else we need!

Ryan and his team did a fantastic job with several projects that we needed done inside the house. There were several areas where we needed to fix or replace the drywall, including mudding, sanding and painting. We also needed to fix a good portion of the basement laundry room ceiling with new ceiling tiles.
Ryan and team were completely professional from start to finish. The initial quoting and communication was prompt, efficient, straightforward, and polite. They explained their process and worked with us to accomodate dates that worked with our schedule.
The actual work started exactly when planned and we were kept apprised of progress every step of the way. Ryan and team went above and beyond in several ways...first, they did a great pre-job site prep...covering areas that needed to be covered and taped so they wouldnt be impacted by drywall dust etc. They also did excellent post-job sweeping and clean-up to ensure everything was clean.
We will definitely be using Ryan and team again for projects!!!

Graham and his team did a great job on the renovation of my basement. Great communication, jobsite was kept clean and minimal disturbances to my family as we where living in the house during the renovation. I will be having them back to do my bathroom on the main floor this winter.
