Sadly, the owner is not someone you can trust. He started out doing good work for a fair price and seemed like a good guy. I was ready to use him for all sorts of jobs I had around my house, but the very next thing he did for me exposed his true colours.

His work quickly became shoddy. Then, he refused to honour his guarantees and insisted on being paid for work that wasn't completed (at a much higher price than his previous rate).

Watch him, he will take advantage of seniors, in particular.

Don't go through what I did, this is not someone you should ever put any trust in.

The renovation completed by Josh was very well done and exceeded my expectation. He took the time to explain the process to me, completed the job in a timely manner. I will be contacting him for more renovations in the future, I am very happy with his work and low cost for this renovation.
