We originally hired this company to do a front porch, backyard patio, and waterproofing of our basement. They were on our property for 6+ weeks. Ive broken this review down so you know what youre getting into if you hire them as well.

Property damage - Every night I filled a trash bags worth of their food and personal waste, they broke our outdoor couch, stained our cushions, ripped our gazebo enclosure, killed our grass, urinated on our fences, and thats just to name a few things.

Workmanship - To put it simply, our backyard patio has begun sinking into the ground and our front porch is falling apart with every step. They used garden stones (not pavers) to do the front patio, left it unfinished and not level, did not seal the stones, did not mortar the stones, nothing. They even laid stones on top of the roots for our Japanese maple, which will kill the tree. They laid half of the patio on top of concrete and the other half on dirt, which has huge voids of space due to them not compacting the soil properly when refilling the hole. They cut their stones on our freshly paved driveway, leaving saw marks everywhere.

Knowledge - They say they have 10+ years worth of experience, from the contractors were working with to fix the mess they made, they definitely do not. They only used limestone screening, which absorbs water and does not compact the stones. They did not grade nor level the ground, so the patio allows all water runoff to now damage our home. They put our patio 6 below the properties of our neighbours - I had to personally build a small retaining wall to temporary stop soil erosion.

Salesmanship - Theres no doubt these guys know how to talk a good game. They convince you that they are professionals, they are not. We have contacted them several times, only to receive no response.

They left our property damaged, unfinished, and literally sinking into the ground (see attached photos). Please, if you take anything from this review - DO NOT hire these individuals. They took 90% of our money, bought new company trucks, did not return to finish the work on the signed contract, and will not communicate a resolution with us.

Guys came to the door, very personable and professional. I explained I wanted driveway expanded to accommodate 3 cars. They reviewed the whole process with me including a small retaining wall where part of the lawn was removed to get the space required. Price was very fair and the work was done in a timely manner. They cleaned up after each days work, you wouldnt even know they were here. The guys are very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. The work is professionally done and the finished product was amazing. Highly recommend this company if you are looking for this type of service. It was a pleasure to deal with them.
