Terry is very experienced in all aspect of constructions and repairs, his skill is good and efficient and price is fair. I will call him again for different job in the future.

I hired SNV to fix 2 corners of my eavestrough in preparation for the winter and what I liked at first was that they came by to inspect rather than just quote based on my description. When SNV came to do the work, they were clean and organized and efficient. The communication exchange with Terry was clear and concise and he committed to what he said he would do - there was no guessing game and was very prompt in his responses. Highly recommend.

SNV constructions was of the highest quality. They were punctual and pleasant to deal with. Their price was fair.

SNV came to my rescue when my kitchen ceiling was leaking during a heavy rain. Terry came over the next day and put a patch on the spot and told me if I had any more issues to give him a call. A couple of weeks or so later it leaked again. Terry was true to his word and came over first thing in the morning to fix the problem.
I had SNV replace my roof and do the eavestroughs and I can tell you that I was very pleased with service and the completed job. I was very impressed to see how well the cleaned up at the end of each work day.
I have no problem recommending this company to anyone.

A few years ago a major windstorm ruined my roof. SNV construction repaired very quickly and reasonably (~$400). Then about 4 years ago I wanted a porch built on the front of my house. SNV built a beautiful porch to my specifications ($3,100) Then just this summer SNV replaced all my eaves with new material and leaf guard (~$4,000). I am extremely pleased with all the work. I have recommended the company to friends (in Guelph and Kitchener) and they have used the services and also been very pleased.
