O'Mall Design

Hired Al to do a whole main floor and upper level Reno. (Bathroom in his second photo). While working on the shower, his helper had fallen through the basement ceiling leaving a large gaping hole from the basement. Al had agreed to repair it. I have been reaching out to him to fix it. He has responded to me twice saying he will do it. Than after not showing up when he said he would, he has chosen to ignore all phone calls and texts. I even saw him on the highway and he saw me. He still will not respond.
Thought he was a decent honest person. Clearly not.
Greatly disappointed in his lack of professionalism.

I hired Alain to fix two issues around the house and I am sure glad I did. He showed up right on time, and after a quick assessment went right to work. The new ceiling fan I purchased was too large to fit the original housing but Alain quickly go to work and installed the fan and left the bathroom spotless when he was finished.

He then went up onto my roof to fix a rough soffit job from a previous company and did an amazing job. Everything looked perfect and he was kind enough to answer some quick questions I had about other jobs I was planning around the house.

I would highly recommend Alain to anyone that is looking for an honest, polite guy that does quality work.

Al did an awesome job in a very unique project we had at our hotel. We needed to build a Himalayan Salt Brick wall in our spa and Al jumped in without any hesitation. Omall design did a fantastic job repairing our bedroom ceiling. We had a lot of damage from a leak on our roof.
He also renovated our stairs by tearing the old carpet off and painting them. They look so much better.
