We had a surreal experience with Rouse - our renovation included raising of the living room floor, upgrading electrical, installing plumbing fixtures and lighting, removing popcorn ceiling, new handrails, carpet installation, new baseboards and painting. At the onset of our relationship we were provided with a critical path for completion of our job, and it was finished 18 days early! On what planet does that happen. The communication and collaboration with the owners of Rouse was above and beyond. Their in house crew as well as all of their sub contractors were excellent. We worked with an excellent interior designer, but one of the one of the owners of Rouse is also an interior designer and provided us with some great guidance, as well. We can't say enough about our experience with Rouse and their team.
