The whole patio deck replacement job went without a glitch from start to end. I was a bit sceptical at the beginning as Karim is young man, but one he started the job, I was sure he knew what he was doing.
He always entertained to requests for minor changes and improvements without giving it a second thought. I think he may have done more than we agreed upon work wise, and the patio deck turned out perfect.
He did not rush the job and paid attention to all the details. One area he can work on improving is better time management. It was not an issue in my case as I told him I do not have a specific timeline, but there is always room for improvement. Overall I give Karim a 10/10 and I am looking forward to carry out the next project for my house!
