documentation of the stages and the fact that they described to me and
then put in writing in the estimate exactly what the job would entail and products to be used. Especially significant was that the company owners, Entmont and Albano, did the work themselves, with another good worker. In their words in an email to me, this is what they try to do because it is more satisfying and this way we are more secure that the job was done the way we want to do it. So a homeowner is very assured by the follow-through, that the work as outlined at the estimate stage is what is done by a knowledgeable, experienced team of very pleasant professionals.
