Ramy and his team built a new fence, retaining wall, and deck for us this past spring. We received four quotes from contractors for this large job and ultimately decided on Deck & Fence Solutions after meeting Ramy in person and reviewing his thorough and detailed quote. His pricing was very fair given the scope of the job in comparison to the other quotes we received.
We had some unexpected issues throughout the installation process (weather, demands/feedback from neighbours), but Ramy and his crew were professional and courteous to all parties involved and we found a resolution to the problems that were encountered. The crew worked overtime on the weekend to compensate for lost time at no additional expense. They worked hard to get the project done on time.
I was impressed with Ramy's communication before, during, and after the project. He even followed up with a call several months later to see how we were enjoying the new deck/fence.
We'll be calling them again for our future needs.
